SnifX
The SnifX project involved designing both a cross-platform mobile app and its complementary web interface, delivering real-time beach safety updates. Users receive live warnings about air quality, water conditions, weather, and hazards. The mobile app emphasizes quick, on-the-go clarity, while the web app supports detailed planning and broader situational awareness.

SnifX is the world’s most comprehensive high accuracy indoor & outdoor pollution monitoring ecosystem
Challenges
Designing SnifX’s mobile and web applications demanded a balance between delivering critical safety data and preserving simplicity. The challenge lay in translating dynamic, multi-source environmental metrics into intuitive visuals, alert mechanisms, and forecasts. It required a responsive UI that’s concise and action-driven on mobile, yet also rich and informative on the web without sacrificing clarity or trust.
Outcome
The final design delivers an intuitive mobile experience with instant safety indicators, hazard alerts, activity recommendations, and favorites—all presented clearly for quick decisions. The web interface offers expanded views, deeper data insight, and planning capabilities. Together, they form a cohesive safety ecosystem that increases user confidence, enhances beach trip readiness, and helps reduce accidents.
